Celebrating 5 Year of Growth with Our Team
At Complete ELV & ICT Solutions Sdn Bhd, we recently celebrated our 5th anniversary at our annual dinner, reflecting on our journey and recognising the people who have contributed to our growth.
Instead of a traditional hotel banquet, we chose to host the celebration in a more relaxed setting at a private villa, creating a warm and informal environment where our team could come together, share a meal, and celebrate the year’s achievements.
Recognising the Team Behind Our Progress
Our company was established five years ago during the global pandemic — a challenging time for many industries. Through determination, teamwork, and a shared commitment to excellence, we have grown steadily and strengthened our presence in the ELV and ICT industry.
This progress would not have been possible without the dedication of our employees. During the event, we recognised several team members whose contributions have been instrumental to our growth. As part of our annual recognition initiative, performance bonuses ranging from six to twelve months were awarded to employees who demonstrated outstanding commitment and performance.

Supporting Our People Beyond Work
Beyond recognising professional achievements, we also take pride in supporting our employees in meaningful ways.
As part of the recognition, we awarded a house and a vehicle to selected long-serving employees in appreciation of their dedication and contribution to the company.
In addition, we also awarded a scholarship covering one year of university tuition fees for the child of a long-serving employee, recognising the importance of supporting our employees’ families and their aspirations for the next generation.
For us, supporting our people goes beyond the workplace — it also means helping their families build a secure and promising future.

The evening also included appreciation activities and lucky draw sessions, creating a celebratory environment for everyone present. More importantly, it served as a reminder that the strength of our organisation lies in our people and the collaborative culture we continue to cultivate.
